baloo causes a 100% CPU issue on my system, the only resolution to it is to do balooctl disable and reboot

Bug Description

The system deadlocks after the login screen and the only way to get it back it so REISUB.

Doing this however, restores the deafult desktop and removes my previous toolbars.

The only solution to this is to restore the .config folder from a backup.

The baloo issue only occurs after a random period of time upon restoration.

Sometimes it happens after two weeks, sometimes it happens right after the new kernel update. I don't know what's wrong with it. The only guarantee is that it happens.
