Bug Description

Release upgrade from utopic to vivid aborts with

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of kubuntu-desktop:
 kubuntu-desktop depends on baloo-kf5; however:
  Package baloo-kf5 is not installed.

=== If you have a failed upgrade:

- Open konsole and run (most likely removes kubuntu-desktop):
sudo apt install -f

- Force baloo-kf5 upgrade (removes baloo baloo4):
sudo apt install kubuntu-desktop baloo-kf5

===

Just for the record: I recently upgraded 3 completely different Kubuntu systems to 15.04 beta 1. This problem occured on all 3 of them.

I wants to install kubuntu-desktop, then it wants to install baloo4 which makes not install baloo-kf5 and kubuntu-desktop gets confused. I've no idea why it is so keen to install baloo4, nothing depends on it.

(and I even uploaded a transitional baloo package with the version number munging to allow it to exist which depends on baloo-kf5)

@Ornthalas - Could you provide log files of your upgrade experience so we can try and sort out what went wrong? You can find them in /var/log/dist-upgrade. Thanks in advance.

@Alberto - It is rather premature to make this a Critical bug without any evidence indicating that it is not in fact fixed. It would have helped if you were to start investigating this...
