balazar 0.1-4 FTBFS due to python2.5 to python 2.6 transition

The FTBFS is due to a call of 'python2.5 setup.py' in debian/rules was fixed by changing to 'python setup.py'.
I could have also fixed by changing to python2.6 ... but I didn't notice anything in setup.py that would be version specific so I went for the more general solution in the future of using just python with no version.
Verified package builds correctly. |

One of the packages also depends: python2.5 so I updated that to python2.6
