How to reproduce:
1. Make sure bacula is not installed on the system, make sure, MySQL is installed and running.
2. "apt-get install bacula". This will install bacula including dependencies.
apt will report an error with "dpkg --configure bacula".
3. the meta-package bacula will remain uninstalled.
4. start aptitude
5. update, then select all upgradeable packaged (press "u" then "U", then "g")
6. aptitude will respond with a list of upgradeable packages and
one with packages which can be removed, because they
are not used any more by any other package. Taking this
for serious, bacula will be removed including all dependencies
installed by bacula. Furthermore: meta-package bacula is
selected for install over and over again. Failing to configure,
because it is already installed and configured.
The meta-pacakge bacula should install and remain installed.
