How to reproduce:
1. make sure MySQL and bacula are not installed on the system.
2. Install bacula. This will install bacula and mysql-server and -client as dependency.
3. bacula is configured, including database access (failing silently).
4. MySQL is configured and started.
for step 2 database and table creation fails, since MySQL is not configured and started at this time.
Solution:
MySQL has to be configured and successfully started before bacula is configured.
Workaround:
Install MySQL first, then install bacula.
