Bug Description
The backuppc "setup" script depends on htpasswd which is in apache2-utils.
If apache2-utils is not installed, it claims to create a user/password but the /etc/backuppc/
I manually installed apache2-utils, and now it created the proper contents of the passwd file.
The install script claims to automatically configure apache2, but doesn't. Hmm. Ignore that. I'll make a new bugreport for that.
