Bug Description

Since last week, I don't have wifi connection.

when running lshw -c net it says my network is unclaimed:

 *-network UNCLAIMED
       description: Network controller
       product: Wireless-AC 9462
       vendor: Intel Corporation
       physical id: 14.3
       bus info: pci@0000:00:14.3
       version: 00
       width: 64 bits
       clock: 33MHz
       capabilities: cap_list
       configuration: latency=0
       resources: memory:d5414000-d5417fff

and when I try to reinstall backport-iwlwifi-dkms 8324-0ubuntu3~20.04.4 it says it cannot be built due to a build exclusive constraint:

Unpacking backport-iwlwifi-dkms (8324-0ubuntu3~20.04.4) over (8324-0ubuntu3~20.04.4) ...
Setting up backport-iwlwifi-dkms (8324-0ubuntu3~20.04.4) ...
Loading new backport-iwlwifi-8324 DKMS files...
Building for 5.4.0-91-generic
Building initial module for 5.4.0-91-generic
Error! The /var/lib/dkms/backport-iwlwifi/8324/5.4.0-91-generic/x86_64/dkms.conf for module backport-iwlwifi includes a BUILD_EXCLUSIVE directive which
does not match this kernel/arch. This indicates that it should not be built.

What can I do to solve this?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
