Default azureus package install broken in Gutsy

Bug Description
If you use Add/Remote to install Sun Java and Azureus, it will run but is very unstable. It crashes constantly and won't transfer files.
The workaround I found was to download Sun Java from their site, extract it and copy it to /usr/java/latest, then download Azureus from its official site and install it manually. If I follow these directions it works perfectly.
This is with Gutsy amd64
