Bug Description
The version of the AWS CLI and botocore hosted for Ubuntu 14.04 is incompatible with python 3.4.1+. A breaking change was introduced in 3.4.1 that was addressed in the CLI on June 4th, 2014 (~version 1.3.15). Without this fix, customers will not be able to upgrade python on their systems that depend on the AWS CLI.
