crop video filter is ignored when project is run via avidemux2_cli

Bug Description

Binary package hint: avidemux

I configured a project that is containing the video crop filter.

When this project is run via:
avidemux2_cli --run j0.js
the video crop filter is ignored.

When the project is run via avidemux2_gtk the video crop filter is used.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10

$ apt-cache policy avidemux-cli
avidemux-cli:
  Installiert: 1:2.5.1+repack-0ubuntu2
  Kandidat: 1:2.5.1+repack-0ubuntu2
  Versions-Tabelle:
 *** 1:2.5.1+repack-0ubuntu2 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/multiverse Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

My project file contains this lines:
//** Filters **
app.video.addFilter("crop","left=0","right=0","top=72","bottom=72");
