avahi-daemon mDNS publishes 'privacy' ipv6 address

Bug Description

The 'publish' facility on avahi-daemon publishes all the ipv6 addresses created on an interfaces - even the temporary one used under the 'privacy' extensions.

This means that if you're using ssh for this server in conjunction with mDNS that you are always asked to confirm the change of IP address.

avahi-daemon perhaps should really only publish the permanent addresses as AAAA - which are the ones that are supposed to be used for inbound addresses.

Then internal networks with no external IPv6 assignment will not work.

Don't confuse 'local' addresses with 'privacy' addresses.
