Bug Description
After suspend/resume, avahi-browse -at only shows local resources. After restarting avahi-daemon, I can again see remote services too. It should be either automatically restarted by some script, or it should somehow find out alone that a lot of time has passed and it should rediscover the services.
The machine was suspended over night, i.e. ~10 hours.

I just noted roughly the same behaviour on:
Kubuntu 13.10 64bit running kernel 3.11.0-19-generic
on Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
avahi-discover is 0.6.31-2ubuntu4.1
using uswsusp 1.0+20120915-3
and my other system, generic- pae
Kubuntu 13.10 32bit running kernel 3.2.0-39-
on Intel T2300 CPU @ 1.66 GHz
avahi-discover is 0.6.30-5ubuntu2.1
not using uswsusp
systems are connected by WLAN via a router (one of them is wired to a repeater, the other one is a laptop with WLAN built-in)
problem is reciprocal, restarting avahi-daemon fixes it, but I'd like this to happen automatically.
