Missing dependancy

Bug Description

I just upgrade my Kubuntu installation to KDE 3.5.1 using the Breezy packages. With the new dependancies, this installed the package avahi-daemon from the breezy universe repository.

However, the installation of this package failed because the avahi-daemon.postinst script tries to use dbus-send, which was not installed. This is contained in the package dbus-1-utils, but this package is not specified in the avahi-daemon package dependancies.
