avahi doesn't work until manually restarted

Bug Description

Since the last dbus update in hardy (1.1.2-1ubuntu2) avahi doesn't work properly until restarted manually

1) boot on an uptodate hardy machine
2) run avahi-browse -a -t -v -> no services appears
3) restart avahi-daemon (/etc/init.d/avahi-daemon restart)
4) run avahi-browse -a -t -v (again) -> services appears

avahi (0.6.22-2ubuntu1)

Actually I have reinstalled my hardy machine and the issue is gone, wierd
