Bug Description

Since upgrading to (K)ubuntu 13.10, I could not print to my Airport Extreme networked printer any more, using the identical settings that worked fine in 13.04.

I can re-add the printer, and it is automatically discovered correctly. However, when I attempted to print to this "new" printer or the "old" printer, the job never completed, with "The printer is not responding". Printing to other network printers worked fine (also via Avahi names).

Alternatively, I can add the printer using the IP address, i.e. as "socket://<ip address of Airport Extreme>:9100", and this works fine.

For the failed Avahi case, I enabled more logging, and will attach `/var/log/cups/error_log`.

CUPS seems to do everything correctly, so there is possibly an Avahi problem. Added Avahi task.
