Binary package hint: autokey
Please merge the attached branch into Lucid.
This qualifies for a Feature Freeze Exception, since it restores functionality dropped in the karmic->lucid transition. In current Lucid, only the qt version of Autokey was shipped, but Karmic shipped the GTK version.
In Debian Unstable, we've combined the -gtk and -qt versions of Autokey into one source package tree. This has been well-tested by upstream for about a month, publicly released for two weeks, and contains no new features other than code refactoring.
In addition, this merge will also fix bug 543654.
The reason I suggest a merge rather than a sync is so that we can preserve the upgrade paths from Karmic, so that users will continue to use the version of Autokey they chose before. |
