Bug Description
I use autokey-qt as an application that is automatically launched upon login.
In Startup Applications, I run the command: autokey-qt
In Ubuntu 12.04, it launched minimized (as desired), but in 12.10, it each time I login I have to exit out of AutoKey's main window because it pops up after login. I'd instead like it to be minimized to the indicator/applet by the clock (as before), yet I find no option provided for this desired behavior.

I wish there was a parameter I could pass (when launching autokey-qt), that would tell it to minimize after launching. Each time I login to the Unity desktop, I have to do this manually (as I have autokey-qt as a startup application).
