Bug Description

I'd quite like to use the automatic python DEP-8 tests for the OpenStack oslo.* packages; however the name of the module does not directly match the name that gets imported - so the binary package is called python-oslo.<name>, the module is named oslo.<name> but the import path is actually oslo_<name>.

This change was made to move away from the complexities of namespaced packages by the OpenStack project.

We could teach autodep8 about the oslo packages, but I suspect this is not the only module which such a mismatch so maybe we need a more generic way to inform the automatic test which module to import and test.
