Bug Description

When trying to continuously play a project with two or more tracks using the SHIFT key + play button Audacity hangs forever with 100% cpu usage. This only happens when the project's sample rate is different from the track's rate. It's reproducible every time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import two samples with the same sample rate (e.g. 44,1KHz)
2. set the project's sample rate to something different than the track's sample rate (e.g 48KHz)
3. While holding shift press the play button

Expected results:
The project loops continuously

Actual results:
Audacity hangs immediately

System is Ubuntu 11.04, Audacity 1.3.13 beta from the official Natty repos.
