Binary package hint: audacity
About 90% of the time, when I try to resample a track to a 44.1Khz sample rate, a chunk of the end of the track gets truncated.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. There is no Ubuntu release in the bug description. However, based on the date of the bug report, one can assume this was filed against audacity in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala.
Ubuntu 9.10 (karmic) reached end-of-life on April 30, 2011.
