Bug Description
Binary package hint: audacity
I am trying to trim down a larger audio file and export my sample. I have carefully trimmed the audio from a large file (~45 minutes) down to a small sample (~5 seconds). I am trimming by either splitting and deleting or selecting and cutting. When I play the clip in Audacity, it ends at the point I intend. However, when playing back the exported file, there is extra audio at the end (perhaps 100-200ms). I did not hear this audio when the clip was played in audacity. I have tried exporting to multiple formats (mp3 and wav), but both have the extra audio.
I am on Ubuntu 9.04.
