Export Directory "Create Folder" resets the path to home

When exporting selections via Export Multiple, the dialog box offers to set the path for the exported file; selecting to change that path opens a file browser where there is an option to create a new folder/directory, and selecting that option opens a text box to enter the name of the new directory.

In previous versions of Audacity, creating the new directory sets the filesystem browser into the new (empty) directory and selecting OK will leave the path of the exported files set at this newly created directory; in this current version, selecting OK returns to the dialog, but the path is now set to the user's home directory and you must select the path option again, navigate to the newly created directory and *then* click OK to set the output directory to the new path, otherwise the files will be created in the home dir.
