Audacity menu and iconbar is missing in gnome shell

Bug Description

I installed audacity from within the repos in Ubuntu Qantal. There's no menu or iconbar inside the app. SImilar like the situation with LibreOffice during the development of Quantal.

As workaround you can hit Ctrl+N to open a new instance which has it's usual menus and icons.

Other workaround (works at least when running under xfce)

UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0 also works under Kubuntu 12.10 64 bit.
