Audacious does not honour the "View - Put an All Worskpaces" option

I apologise for any inconvenience, I've just haven't found how can I reopen a fixed bug.
I've been still experiencing the issue as described over there: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/audacious/+bug/333387

I've added some info to the original report info as I thought there's somebody who could react to that.

Yes this is easily reproducible on 10.04.

If I understand correctly, Audacious implements its own mechanism for persisting across workspaces, so this bug probably should just go upstream.

Sorry for my ignorance, does it mean I should upgrade to 10.04 then?
I'm not much willing to do so for many reasons.
