search results for music files shows also other files than music files

When you make an search for files in audacious. Press "F" (or add files), select search and search for a certain keyword. This results in a a list with different documents (text documents, pdfs etc) and also mp3 files etc. Whats the point in getting a list with other files than music files in the search results? Would it be possible to file search (tracker results probably) for just mp3, ogg, wav etc. or just show these results?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test Audacious 2.3 from the latest stable Ubuntu version (10.04) or the current Ubuntu development version (10.10). If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs by running apport-collect #278304, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

Hi Benjamin,

I am running maverick now. The bugs still exists. Its easy to reproduce.
Make a folder put some mp3 files or other audio files in it and other files.
Not only is it possible to see these documents when pressing f in the
playlist it is also possible to add them to the playlist. If you try to
play, lets say a text file it will throw an error that there is no decoder
for this file. I think a player should only show the files it supports
instead of all files.

This still happens in audacious 3.3.x
I'm not sure if it's a bug or if that's how audacious devs intended the behavior.
