Cuesheet TITLE not correctly being seen as album title

Bug Description

As per the "standard" cuesheet syntax, if TITLE appears before any TRACK commands, then the string will be encoded as the title of the entire disc.

When reading a cuesheet in Audacious, I see the name of the folder where the cuesheet resides as the "Album" instead of the title encoded in the cuesheet.
