Bug Description
I am having (and was having in previous versions) a lot of problems with tags in cyrillic (ukrainian, russian etc.). They are often wrongly displayed.
For example: instead of "Відкрита, ясна і пуста", I see "³äêðèòà ßñíà ³ Ïóñòà".
It must be a problem with encoding.
In windows in winamp I did not have this problem with exactly the same songs.
System: Kubuntu 12.10 64bit with KDE 4.9.3
Audacious: 3.3.3
