Ubuntu 14.04 clean install.
Audacious 3.4.3

Steps to reproduce :

1) Enable statusicon.so plugin in audacious plugin manager (with this plugin you can minimize audacious to tray).
2) Clic on the sound icon in the unity tray bar at the top right of the screen and clic on audacious to show it.
3) Status icon plugin disable itself (like if you unchecked it in the plugin manager of audacious)
