Can confirm the issue on Ubuntu MATE 19.10 running on real hardware with Intel iGPU.
On VirtualBox VM atril does not crash.

Hi,

I'm under XUbuntu 19.10, and both Evince and Atril crash on most PDFs I generated from LaTeX (beamer presentation, or MCQ build with AutoMultipleChoice), when I do simple things like double click anywhere in the PDF, try to select pieces of text, etc.

It seems to be the same problem, as I'm on Intel GPU:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Skylake GT2 [HD Graphics 520] (rev 07)

So probably the problem lies in a shared library...

@sexxxenator On Ubuntu Focal using test PDF, text selection by double-clicking works fine, but I can't expand the selection by arrow keys.
