Bug Description
On all 13.10 machines where I have atop and policyrcd-
Subject: Cron <root@X> invoke-rc.d atop _cron
invoke-rc.d: action _cron is unknown, but proceeding anyway.
The fix is pretty straightforward, use "invoke-rc.d --quiet" in /etc/cron.d/atop

Sorry, I added a Debian bug reference, but somehow now it thinks the bug is for "Dabo Application Framework for Python". I don't know what it should be.
