Ubuntu accessibility packages such as at-spi2 and gnome-orca should have touch screen support

With Ubuntu making a move tward phones and tablets, accessibility needs to be taken into account. The accessibility stack should allow a totally blind person to access and explore the contents on screen without needing a physical keyboard. Accessibility related commands will need to be mapped to touch gestures. For example, opening the Orca preferences dialog. I think a package such as Easystroke can help with this project.
