I reinstalled everything I had showing installed under Synaptic...did not crash for 2 days...came back this evening...

I'm still receiving this. I am up-to-date on all packages as of 9-22-2011. It doesn't appear to visibly affect anything else.

For all of you using oneiric, I suggest that you remove the following packages, as they should have been removed on upgrade:

at-spi
libatspi1.0-0
python-pyatspi

These packages should be replaced by the following, which should be installed:

at-spi2-core
libatspi2.0-0
gir1.2-atspi-2.0
libatk-adaptor
python-pyatspi2
