Bug Description

libasync-http-client-java depends on libnetty-reactive-streams-java (>=
2.0.9-SNAPSHOT), where the package version of netty-reactive-streams is
2.0.8[1].

This is caused by a bug/design decision in maven-debian-helper to use the pom version rather than package upstream version when generating substvars.
