Bug Description
The --project option is not working on astyle 3.1-3. It always returns that the project options file can't be opened no matter what file is set.
The same works fine with version 3.1-2build1.
I noticed the issue when moving from Jammy to Lunar. Installing version 3.1-2build1 on Lunar solves the issue.
