Bug Description

When we install aspell-hi (and aspell-ta) on a 64-bit server, running Ubuntu 12.04.02 LTS, we get an error that corresponds to Aspell telling us that the the dictionary was compiled for the wrong architecture.

"Error: The file "/usr/lib/aspell/hi.rws" is not in the proper format. Incompatible hash function."

This issue is described in the Aspell docs at http://aspell.net/man-html/Using-32_002dBit-Dictionaries-on-a-64_002dBit-System.html.

Could this dictionary be built with the "--enable-32-bit-has-fun" configure option and offered as the (or as another) package, as the manual suggests?

We are using aspell-hi v0.02-5
