Bug Description
libarpack++2-dev contains header the files for the aprack++ library.
However, the headers provided in this package are outdated.
A patch exists that makes them compatible with newer versions of g++,
it is available from http://
Obviously, the headers from which the binary was compiled (package libarpack++2c2a)
were patched, and thus the linker reports some rather incomprehensible errors
when trying to link a program including the dev headers against the binary.
Patching the headers solved the linking problem for me.
