arp-scan segfaults (when --localnet argument)

The --localnet argument seems to cause the error.

Hey! this can simply be fixed by pulling the source from the github project. I would recommend the ubuntu team to update the package in the ubuntu repo for anyone who downloads it from the ubuntu repo. The github repo for arp-scan is https://github.com/royhills/arp-scan. Thank you.
