ark does not copy selected files from one archive to another

Bug Description
I'm trying to install a mod for Minecraft. I open up the minecraft jar (which is a renamed zip file), open the mod's zip file, "Ctrl+A" all the files then drag them from the one window to the other window. No files get added to the minecraft jar though.
