Bug Description

Ark is unable to extract or view 7z after p7zip to 7zip transition in Ubuntu noble 24.04

I assume ark relied on /usr/lib/p7zip/7zr which is now gone in 7zip

Its been almost a month with no activity. This bug still exists.
Please have this fixed before release.

issue is still present in the new 4:23.08.4-0ubuntu1 ark release
