Ellipsize long names

Bug Description

Binary package hint: arista

Loading a file with a long name makes arista's window too long. The name should be ellipsized instead, to keep the window size. Maybe use a tooltip if you want to show the full name.

  * debian/patches/08-negative_remaining_time.patch:
    - arista/transcoder.py: Don't display strange negative status information,
      instead fall back to saying an unknown amount of time remains with no
      current status.
