Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
arduino 1:1.0.5+dfsg2-2

Compiling assembler files with actual IDE results in the following error.

avr-gcc: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-assembler-with-cpp’

Problem seems to be already known and fixed on arduino branch. There is also a patch file available:
