can not be installed because of dependency of wrong binutils version

The package ardesia is not installable because of the dependency of binutils less than 2.21.53.20110806. The binutils version on oneiric is 2.21.53.20110810-0ubuntu3

Is there any progress on this problem, or a known workaround to get a working install?
I am the admin of a school, and we would *really* like to use ardisia with interactive whiteboards! What can we do to assist in fixing this problem?

Found latest build from here: http://code.google.com/p/ardesia/downloads/detail?name=ardesia_1.0-1_amd64.deb works just fine.
