Bug Description

ubuntu-mate 21.10 didn't come with the app to change login screen background and disable guest session.

I found the app on gnome-software in PT-BR(Janela de início de sessão) but it doesn't work.
When I try to open it, it asks my password, then nothing happens.

I tried another app also from gnome-software PT-BR(Configurações do LightDM GTK+ Greeter).
This one opens, it has the background option but it doesn't actually change it. Also, it doesn't have the option to disable guest session.

For now I'm using gdm3 instead. Also I can't change backgrounds but at least it has no guest session enabled.
