Bug Description

It appears that the package "aqemu" (0.7.3.1) has a nasty bug where it is unable to find USB port information.

Viz.: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=3011540&group_id=229794&atid=1078458

The fix to this is in aqemu 0.8.n - with the most current version being 0.8.2.1 (as per the aqemu web site - see URL above)

This version appears to be available to downstream versions of Ubuntu - (natty? maverick? I saw it in one of these places.)

This is especially important to me as the whole reason for moving from M$'s Hyper-V to kvm/kvm-qemu was to gain USB support. Now I get here and I get nothing. Repeated searches on the web have proved fruitless.

Thanks!

I suggest you report a bug so the new version is brought into the opfficial repos.

Even Oneiric has 0.8.1-1 so the bug report should move the new version in

Hopefully I am doing the right thing.
