Bug Description
Binary package hint: apturl
When apt url is used, for example to install links from firefox, it's presence isn't notified in the task bar (and neither in alt+tab) making it impossible to notice it's still open (and maybe even locking the db) and extremely difficult to catch (you need to minimize all the windows one by one manually till you find it).
It should be expected that all the window were shown in alt tab and at least one in the task manager which would bring up the installation windows (the one which asks if you wish to install it and by conseguence, being modal, the one which says the install completed)
