Bug Description
Binary package hint: apturl
With big repositories (like universe) enabled, apturl can take up to several seconds to start, but no visual feedback is presented to the user.
Something like f.d.o startup-

I'll create a patch for this if someone tells me how to do it with Python. I've read the specification on FreeDesktop.org but can't figure out how it works...
