Apturl does not handle apt links in Firefox

Bug Description

Both apt:whatever and apt://whatever do not work in Firefox (56.0+build6-0ubuntu1). Firefox says:

The address wasn’t understood

Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (apt) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address.

I think this is a Firefox problem rather than an apturl problem:


We're backporting those fixes to Firefox in Artful now.
