Bug Description

When aptitude is called as a regular user, without sudo, before downloading and
installing a new package it will ask for the root password. A basic install does
not have a root password.
When using:

$ sudo aptitude

it works correctly.

seems like the patch was dropped again in regards to the text. It makes it
appear that it wants the root password.

I just checked again, aptitude asks for the user's password using sudo, as it
should.

I close this again (state "FIXED" as it was before reopening it).
