aptitude is missing german localization

Starting with maverick, aptitude is not localized anymore. It used to be in germen, now it's not. I have

Updated from maverick to natty. Still the same problem.

I am having a look at this in latest "bionic" (server). Aptitude needs to be installed before it can be run but it is now showing up in German language.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. This bug was reported some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) reached end-of-life on April 10, 2012.
Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) reached end-of-life on October 28, 2012.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that was reported in a currently supported version of Ubuntu?
