aptitude crashed with SIGSEGV in std::_List_node_base::hook()

Binary package hint: aptitude

I have a BASH alias that does the update + safe-upgrade procedure. It is as follows:
alias osup='sudo aptitude update; sudo aptitude safe-upgrade'
I was just doing a simple safe-upgrade when it dumped out.
